Hi. I’m Kathie Kramer Ryan, fundraising coach, consultant and mentor. I founded Arroyo Fundraising Fluency to share my passion for nonprofit fundraising and to help you to build your confidence around fundraising, maximize fundraising results and raise more money for your nonprofit organization's mission and work.

I have more than 17 years’ successful frontline experience in nonprofit management and development. You can read a typical bio here and my LinkedIn profile here. In addition to my career in nonprofits, I have launched and managed three businesses. My 15 minutes of fame happened in 2000, when my then business partner and I ran an essay contest to sell our Winter Park, Colorado restaurant.

The contest attracted lots of local press. We even landed two appearances on NBC’s The Today Show! It was a fun experience, but I don’t need to be in the limelight. I am happy behind-the-scenes, advising development professionals and nonprofit organizations on fundraising strategy and tactics, individual giving and major gift fundraising, engaging your Board of Directors and key volunteers, and more.

As a former nonprofit development director, my focus for coaching and consulting includes individual giving and major gifts and start-up fundraising (building a comprehensive fundraising program from scratch).

I can assess your current efforts and past successes and work with you and your nonprofit organization on a range of fundraising challenges. I take on a few clients each year for personal fundraising Coaching.

I look forward to helping you with whatever fundraising challenges you are facing. Contact me with your questions.
